Our contracted delivery partner is the GLS courier service. The ordered product is delivered by the GLS courier service, and when the shipment is dispatched, all information, including the package number, is sent to the e-mail address provided in the order. On the day of delivery, an SMS notification is sent about the expected delivery time interval. The package can be tracked in the GLS online system here. If the courier does not find anyone at the specified address, the package will be taken to the GLS depot and a repeated delivery attempt will be made on the next working day or at an agreed time.
If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, the courier must pay the price of the product delivered by the courier service with cash or credit card.
In the case of online credit card payment, the courier does not have to pay.
Delivery can also be requested to a GLS parcel point, in which case the courier service will send a notification when the shipment has arrived at the parcel point and can be collected.
